JOB DESCRIPTION:
Schedule SMT PCB Assembly Operation to insure maximum efficiency of manufacturing workers. Maintain proper inventory levels so manufacturing is never "short" of required product. Work with purchasing or directly with the supplier to obtain product per schedule. Understand the idiosyncracies of our customers and provide them with on-time delivery with high quality. Reflect the limitations of the manufacturing operation so you do not over-commit. Report the discrepancies to management. Determine if overtime is necessary to complete the job within the customer's expectations. As a strategic member of the manufacturing team...participate in making the environment conducive to a happy workforce.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Some additional education beyond high school
• Minimum of two years working in a SMT PCB Assembly operation in a purchasing, operations, test or planning capacity.
• Punctuality to set example by action.
• Creative mind to develop assembly and test solutions "out-of-the-box".
• PC literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
